Texas Culinary Academy - Request more information

Are you ready to start a career in the international hospitality industry at the Texas Culinary Academy? Welcome aboard. This is one of the most rewarding fields you could be part of, and all of us at Texas Culinary Academy are dedicated to helping you succeed. As a student at the Texas Culinary Academy you'll receive individualized, hands-on education in the classic and modern culinary arts. And our exciting new alliance with Le Cordon Bleu offers an extraordinary opportunity for our students.

Texas Culinary Academy is an outgrowth of a Chef apprenticeship program that was sanctioned by the American Culinary Federation in 1981. In pursuit of excellence as a premier educational facility, the Texas Culinary Academy concentrated on curriculum content, educational objectives, and student success. Program excellence triggered enrollment increases which eventually lead to a move to larger quarters in 1989. In September 1999, the name was officially changed to Texas Culinary Academy.

Texas Culinary Academy is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.
