Are you ready to start a career in the international hospitality industry?
Welcome aboard. This is one of the most rewarding fields you could be part of, and all of us
at Texas Culinary Academy are dedicated to helping you succeed. As a student here you'll
receive individualized, hands-on education in the classic and modern culinary arts.
And our exciting new alliance with Le Cordon Bleu offers an extraordinary opportunity
for our students. There isn't a finer culinary education ground than TCA . . . now, part of a
worldwide educational system.
The Academy is now enrolling students seeking the Associate of Applied Science degree in
Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts. Our new 50,000 square foot campus features six new labs,
a demonstration kitchen and will soon include a cafe and fine dining restaurant.
Students will participate in the operation of the restaurant as part of their program of study.
Texas Culinary Academy is an outgrowth of a Chef apprenticeship program that was sanctioned
by the American Culinary Federation in 1981. In pursuit of excellence as a
premier educational facility, the school concentrated on curriculum content,
educational objectives, and student success. Program excellence triggered enrollment
increases which eventually lead to a move to larger quarters in 1989. In September 1999,
the name was officially changed to Texas Culinary Academy.
TCA is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education.
